Free · 5 a week · no call needed

A free written teardown of your referral or intake inbox.

Tell me how referrals, consult requests or new inquiries reach your office and what happens to them next. I send back a one-page plan of what I would change. You keep it whether or not we ever work together.

What you get

  • ·A one-page written plan for your inbox: where requests come in, where they can slip, and what I would change first.
  • ·Each step marked as safe to automate, needs a person to check, or should stay manual.
  • ·Plain language. You can hand it to your office manager and build it yourselves, with me or with anyone else.

How it works

  1. 1.Fill in the form: how requests arrive, how they are tracked, what goes wrong. A few sentences is plenty.
  2. 2.I read every request myself and pick up to 5 a week, where I think a written plan will be useful.
  3. 3.If I pick yours, I may ask one or two follow-up questions by email, then send the teardown. If I do not, I reply and say why.

Ask for a teardown

Please don't include patient or client details. Describe the process, not the people.

The teardown versus the audit

The teardown is my read of what you describe. The Workflow Audit is two weeks inside the actual workflow: a $2,500 fixed fee, a written report on every step, checked against the agreements you already hold, and a phased build price. The fee comes off a build if you go ahead within ninety days.
