The terms, in plain words.

Every paid engagement, including the Workflow Audit, has a written agreement or proposal that you accept before work starts. If anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

The articles, case studies and tools on this site are general information. They are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and reading them does not make you a client. Case studies describe real work with the client anonymized; numbers on them are dated and sourced on the page.

You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. Please do not copy whole pages or present the content as your own.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fixed fees, such as the $2,500 Workflow Audit, are due as stated on the invoice or proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled as set out in the signed agreement. Prices on this site can change, but a price you have already accepted in writing does not.

Refunds follow the signed agreement. Where it is silent, work already delivered is not refundable, and I will refund any amount paid for work I have not started.

Unless the agreement says otherwise, once it is paid for, what I build for you is yours, and it runs on accounts in your name. I keep the right to reuse general know-how, techniques and tools that are not specific to your business.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Playground Giants is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, and its total liability for any paid engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement, unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
