Watch a referral inbox turn into one list your front desk can work from.

Click through five steps. Every office, patient and email here is invented. The flow is the one I run at a specialist physician practice: plain rules, one row per referral, and a person makes every call.

Nothing you click here is saved or sent anywhere.

Step 1 of 5 · Day 1 · Sample Dental Studio (invented)

The inbox today

Everything arrives in one shared inbox. Referrals sit next to insurance mail, records requests and newsletters, and whoever is free picks them up.

What is real and what is not

  • The data is invented. The email addresses use the reserved .example domain and the phone numbers use the 555-01 range set aside for fiction.
  • The flow is real. At a specialist physician practice, referral mail is logged to one row per email thread in the practice's own Google Workspace, every 15 minutes, with plain rules and no AI. Read the case study for the numbers.
  • It does not run at a dental office, med spa or therapy clinic yet. The dental, med spa and pediatric therapy versions here show how the same setup would read your mail.
  • It never writes to patients and never touches clinical records. A person books every appointment.

Want to see it on your own inbox?

Tell me how referrals reach your office and I will send back a one-page written plan, or book 15 minutes and I will tell you whether there is anything worth building.
